Clinical hypnosis is one of the oldest therapy methods. Nowadays, modern hypnosis is understood to be a series of interventions that, especially in a psychotherapy practice, make everyday work easier and help the patient enormously. In addition to hypnotherapy for adults, I also offer hypnotherapeutic work with children and adolescents in my practice, especially for overcoming fear, coping with traumatic experiences and improving performance and blockages, especially in sports.

A few examples would be: generation of optimal concentration in the competition situation, hiding stage fright and background noise, e.g. from the audience, improvement of condition, optimal relaxation during breaks, optimization of the control of movement processes in the brain, automation of the optimal movement processes („everything works as if by itself“) ).
